fuse 20amp stering coluum
Hi, i try to check the fuse 20 amp for stering colum in mt 750il 1998, i ear is located in the globe box, does any body now exactly were in the globe box?

If you are in the USA (I have no clue as to where "Ut" is located on the globe)...the fuses you may be looking for are probably in the engine bay. If this is what you're looking for...there is an index & diagram that shows where the fuses are located within the fuse box, as well as their fuse number and amperage:
The engine bay fuses are located on the right side of the car near the the windshield & over the engine bay's electrical box (where the DME and other major control modules are located): ![]()

Thanks , i check all this fuses look good to me, just my stering wheel is not work .

That's because the steering wheel is controlled by the driver's seat module. And if the plastic cover around the base of your seat is loose...it may be pulling the electrical harness out of the control module...and eventually your driver's seat will stop working too.
Check the condition of the harness connected to the seat module. The 1st pic below is of an intact seat module and wiring harness: ![]() If the plastic seat cover is broken...90% of the time it will eventually break the neck or the wiring harness of the seat control module...then the harness starts slipping out which causes the steering wheel to stop working, then the driver's seat: ![]() ![]() Diagram that shows what the driver's seat switch controls: ![]()

thanks again ,im going to check that , just i received back my car for the shop for another problem and i found this fuse 20amp loose in the top fuse box and look like he removed and forget to put back , but i check alll the fuses in the fuses box and all is there and in good condition, just read for another member he said is a fuse 20 amp located in the globe box ,control also the stering colum.

I assume you mean GLOVE box.

yes mean globe box, also my driver side no move any were,but my passenger seat yes, look like is a fuse , i need to find were. thank so much.
