I also have a Rancilio Silvia. She's probably 12 years old now works as well as the day she arrived with zero issues. I have the Rocky grinder but have not taken the final step of roasting my own beans.

You should give it a try. Big difference being able to try different beans, different roast levels...

I started with an Air Crazy popcorn popper - $20 at Target. Works well, but 3-4 oz per run maximum. Did that for a couple of pounds then bought the Hottop. I love it so far!

When it's finished I will hit the cabinet and take out some Amarula liqueur to have when I'm calculating on a new house.

First time trying a Guinness Black Lager....I feel like this is the bastard offspring of a Guinness/Yuengling mating. I'm not sure if I like it, but it's way behind the draught.

For us So Cal boys, we have a microbrew called Hangar 24. Their signature product is the Orange Wheat. IMO, it's a must have.

There is at least 2.5 hours worth of cards, so a 6-pack *might* be enough...

Left hand milk stout is great, especially nitro poured!

When I get home I'll get pictures of what's stocked. Beers include Edmund Fitzgerald, old Rasputin, and a couple home brewed recipes. The whiskey is limited to just glenlivet. The tequila collection is deep!
