California Legacy License Plates

The California DMV will produce legacy license plates if demand is demonstrated via per-orders. The plates offered are 50s, 60s and 70s color schemes and can be sequential or personalized.

I thought about getting the blue one, close enough time-wise for my E30, but still not quite right. But, how cool would it be to get BMW M PWR?

I imagine these will be plates will be popular with the 2002, E3, E9, E12, E21, E23, E24, E26 guys.

Damn, I want them in the 90's style. Looks like the blue one, but they are white. Grrr

Thinking of getting the black one just for the looks....
