Certified finance rates

Looking at getting a 2011, but was waiting for a low rate, but can't find any site that talks about upcoming promos. Any ideas from you guys?

For my local credit union, I told them another bank offered me 1.9% for 5 years on an 09. They came back and said they would match it to keep my business. Not sure if you can get much better unless its brand new.

Penfed is at 1.49, pretty easy to join. Please note they have a strict application decision making process (i.e. credit, income, loans).
