1988 528 wheels
Hey, I own a 1988 528e and the wheels are chipped and faded, I was wondering if there was a way to clean them up and/or paint them so that they look better and possibly add some more value to my car? And also, if I can, then how do I do it? Are there special things I have to do?
Thank you! |

Yes, clean thoroughly, sand them, and then paint them with a quality paint. It's similar to what you would do to any other body panel that needed refinishing. Prep is the key and makes all the difference in the finished product. It's not very difficult, but the curved surfaces and ins and outs makes it a bit tricky. Take your time and they will look just like new.
