Computer malfunction E92 2006 coupe due to excess heat

Following a long slow commute in heat over 110 degrees with aircon running at max, my entertainment system shut down. Several hours later it recovered, but since then I have been unable to synch my I-phone and have had intermittent problems with the radio dropping out and the occasional warning that my left rear brake light has failed. I am unable to use play my IPhone music via the axillary cable. The max volume in my sat nav has reduced significantly also. Any ideas?

It may not be related to the heat; just a coincidence.
The entertainment system scan be scanned for error codes. That's probably a good place to start in order to properly diagnose what's wrong.

Yes.

You should, and now is not too soon, consult a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist about this issue.

My first advice is, and I realize you may not believe this, that today is Febuary 12th, and in all of recorded history no temperature at or near 110F has been reached anywhere in Pennsylvania on this date.

Wait....is PA a place in Australia?

.

There I must go as a port o'call - family and a friend of a very old friend in Adelaide.

Daughter's been - I'm in arrears!
