This is a great thread for somebody like myself, actually having a 2013 528ix - and plenty of buying remorse (please see this thread of mine http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=670870)
Don't get me wrong - this is a great car, but the N20 is simply not powerful enough for the heavy F10 in my opinion. After the short break-in period, I've started to use my car more or less normally (which in my case means Sport mode most of the time with Comfort+ on bumpy roads, up to 200 kmph on motorways) - and my extra-urban gas usage is 9.5 l/100km. This is denying the very reason I bought this car instead of the 535ix (or the 535dx which would be best for my type of usage). Of course your mileage may vary (pun intended), but this is what I feel anyway  Piotr
