X5 Valve cover ground straps

hello,

2004 X5 N62

I'm changing out my valve covers, just about got them off, but the ground strap torx bolts attached to two nuts wont budge. 1 bolt has started to strip already. The Bolts are T-20 Any tips or tricks on how to remove them? and anyone know what there part number is, Im thinking I will need replacements.
