My 535xi door won't open...
2008 BMW 535xi with comfort access, night vision, everything except cooled seats and adaptive cruise.
Not every time, but sometimes when my passenger goes to open their door the lock goes up and comes back down... The dealer (Don Jacobs BMW in Lexington, KY) made up some stupid excuse and said they "adjusted the door".  Because I guess there is an "adjust the door" knob, lol... But anyways they obviously didn't fix it. To be more clear I made this video. Any help is appreciated greatly.
