Check engine light
hi im very new to owning a bmw ( M3 1995 automatic) and has no warranty on the car. i have just noticed a check engine light come on and a rough idle on semi warm starts, mostly in reverse. however the check engine light goes away after a a few minutes of driving. a few of my friends that are BMW owners as well say its possible its only a sensor issue.
i also get a check coolant level on the computer once i turn the car off as well. i checked the coolant levels and they are perfectly fine. any ideas what could be going on?
