Yes, because it's not registered the car's electrical system is "freaking out". Get it to an indepedent shop or the dealer so they can register it.

Come to think of it I don't recall having to setup any of the stations, clock, etc after the indy changed my battery.

If you’re asking where the battery is, mine is in the passenger side of the trunk.

with mine you have to take out the jack to see the top of the battery and you have to take out the spare to remove the battery.
