FS 2011 335D Sport, Premium, Nav, 22,000 miles

In an effort to simplify our finances and downsize, I'd like to find a 2nd owner who will enjoy this car as much as I have. This is my first BMW, and has been the best vehicle I have driven. I am the original owner. I am very picky about all my cars, and this car has had extra attention. It was sealed with Zaino immediately after I picked it up, and I've maintained Zaino on the car. It has only been handwashed by me. It looks as good as the day I brough it home. The interior is like new- 90% of the miles have been with me only in the car- the back seats have been used less than 10 times.

I changed the oil around 7K myself with the BMW oil kit from Tischer BMW and had the oil analyzed. It was changed again at the dealer around 13K. I did not do a mid-cycle change this time based on the results I saw from the first 7K miles.

The tires are original, and the fronts have some feathering. I would probably replace the tires in the next 3K miles. The only thing I've ever had happen to the car was a rock hit the window on the passenger side, and was repaired by Safelite. No accidents, no dings, no scratches on the body.

I had NC legal tint put on a week after I bought the car, done at the dealership.

Color is Alpine White, Saddle interior. Has heated seats, XM, BMW apps and smartphone integration

I'm asking $34,000. I've researched the value of the car on every site (KBB, Edmunds, Black Book, NADA) and this is much lower than outstanding retail on all sites.
