2007 bmw x3 horn relay

IMy horn has stopped working and I would really like to fix this problem gd without running to my mechanic. I am fairly certain it's the relay that has went out since the fuses are in order. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks I'm advance.

Barry, have you considered tossing a couple Percocets into the engine block?
