any one have an idea about this Screen

I have a laptop that I copied using acronis and i restore it to different hardware
when i start the program it want execute
I think it should be activated on the new hardware


I have no idea I need help

If I'm not mistaken that looks like ISIS which requires a USB dongle to activate. No dongle, no activation.
