Only tips I can think of are the 760 quad tips.

Gonna be difficult... The M-Sport rear diffuser wraps around the bottom of the exhaust tips... Only option for me when putting on Dinan exhaust was to go with the "tip less" version specifically for this application which retains the stock outlets...

you can just replace mufflers then choose custom tips. Mine is scheduled for install Friday I will post pics and let you know how it sounds. I went with quad tips. The exhaust shop had several options of tips, quad staggered looked best to match the lines

Quick question... I saw a de-baged F01 the other day that had Quad matte black exhaust! Looked sick... In a good way.

It may be stating the obvious, but the reason for the diffuser with the large openings is because you can order a 760 with the m-sport package. I just recently found this out.

Custom or after market. No 7 series comes with black tips.

Want to do this Mod. Have a F01 with regular bumper. Can someone post the part numbers for the 760 diffuser and r/l tips, so I make sure not to mess up the order. Thanks!

Just put in my order for the 760 quad exhaust at the dealer. Total came to $680 for the needed 4 items (Diffuser, R/L tips and chrome strip). That was with 20% off and tax.

That's not a bad price, cheaper than that eBay listing. How much for painting the diffuser?
