2002 BMW 540i-M package with navigation

Hello I have BMW 540i with M package meaning ( seats, stealing wheel, sport M-tech suspension, shorter gear ratios) car comes with in dash navigation system oem and HIFI system, it runs drives beautiful just did a vanos on the driver side head rand new oil brand new coolant, brake pads, rotors.
It's very beautiful car black on black 296 hp I have a nice intake in it the car currently has about 106k miles needs a little attention here and there but all cosmetics nothing major at all

Asking 7200 or best offer willing to negotiate if serious

Can you elaborate on the cosmetic needs? how long have you owned the car? maintenance records? accident history etc ...

Clean title car with clean carfax never been hit cosmetics needs are valve cover gasket which is BMW
Common, couple of dings here and there ...has a driver twisted seat. I have some maintains history but most work is done by me.. I am a BMW certified mechanic

I really want this car...yours comes as close to @HTS's 540i than I've seen anywhere. My fiancé would gut me alive if I bought another car though...sigh...dreams deferred
