Front Seat Calibration Not Working
Hi Guys,
Has anyone had this problem 2007 X5? When I stop engine, I get a message saying "front seat calibration required," I follow instructions to calibrate front seat (move all the way forward, when it stops, move forward again, and then return seat back to position), but I still get the same message the next time I stop the engine. Just curious to know if anyone else has encountered the same problem and were able to get it fixed. Thanks, |

I suspect that you're just moving them all the way forward and then moving them back. You must ensure that they are moved to their limits i.e. when their are moved forward keep moving them (press the button about 3x) so the limits are set. Do this for all the positions and the limits will be calibrated.
