Front parking sensors

One of my parking sensors pushed in a bit - anyone know how I can pull it out? I know that this wont be a permanent fix since probably something broke behind it - but just would like to pull it out at least temporarily to make it flush. Thanks

Sorry, I should have specified it's the front bumper.

I think the removal of the PDC's are in the same fashion.

Sorry, this square piece on the bumper.

I believe that's where you connect the tow hook that comes with the car. It should be in the toolbox mounted to the truck lid.
