Hell no! These are BMW Factory items, just the same as if it was built in Germany.
If installed at VDC, covered on your 4/50 warranty.





Prices include labor.

Here's my final build spec:

I wanna do the grill, splitter, spoiler, and wheel. My car is supposed to land in Georgia on the 28th, is it too late to add anything?

You have time if your dealer acts now. I am West Coast so I won't be doing PCD...

I am curious: what is so appealing about the steering wheel? On a lease it is probably
an extra $20 month, and the standard M wheel is already an upgrade from regular 3 Series.

The $800 M3 wheel doesn't have the lights, just flat-bottomed shape and alcantara...

Not a big fan of alcantara wheels... it looks like it's a dirt magnet.

By the way, do you also lose the M-tri-color stitching?

The wheel is a great mod. Dirt is not a real issue. Just wipe the wheel down with a mild soap and fluff it with a powered toothbrush. By the way the picture posted above is not the newest wheel. Have a look at my wheel............Phil

I think it would be smarter to do the wheel after sale. The price would be nominally higher, but you could recover at least half the cost by selling the take-off to a non-M wannabe...

I think the alcantara wheel has tri-color stitching.

Not to my liking.

I like the flat bottom. That's all.

Loose the stickers. Reminds me of the Fast and The Furious. It's an m3. Keep it clean.

No thanks. I think it takes away from the awesome look of the M3..IMHO

I love the look of the M3 w/o the stripe kit and the clean lines. However like others have stated, it's your preference and your car.
I completed some mods to my Z4 and others have ripped it apart. I take it with a grain of salt and forge ahead to my personal mods and taste.

I think the stripes make the car look cheap (sorry).
Finer stripes might be a better idea.
Resale would be affected.
