WTB: BMW E39 540i 6-Speed or E39 M5
Hi,
I am interested in purchasing a BMW E39 540i or an E39 M5. If its a 540i then it has to be with a 6-speed manual, preferably sports package and preferable post 2000 model with the M62B44TU Engine, but I will consider the older ones. The car should have had consistent oil changes throughout its life and has been cared for with maintenance. As least amount of owners as possible and maintenance records are a huge plus. In addition, the closer the car is to being bone stock, the better so that is also a huge plus! Another huge plus is a car from further south then I am. I am located in Maryland. The further south you are, the better. My only actual 100% requirement is that the 540i must be with a manual transmission, everything else is just consideration and leniency. Thank You!

I have an alpine white with mist green leather 540i 2003 Mtech 145,000 miles. six speed and most every option box checked. its a beautiful car and I have enjoyed it very much. recently replaced the clutch, brakes, tires, new padding for the front seat, serviced the sunroof, valley Pan and more. very well cared for. I am the third owner. first owner was an exec at bmw in NJ.
