Pm me if u need help
i can walk u through the buy back process
it all starts with bmwusa a making a formal request for a buy back.
Simply from the first phone call state.
I simply do not feel safe for me and my family in this vehicle anymore.
state all the issues and ask them to buy back the car.

Do not deviate from this and there is a great chance after they see the history , the will bay it back!
u must be persistant
forget about the dealership
unfortunately they get paid by bmwusa every time they fix ur car

I had same drive train malfunction in NJ w Mount Laurel dealer. both dealer and BMW NA basically told me too bad the car is yours after 4 visits w same symptom. BMW NA engineers said the car is fixed and you must keep it. Now they are calling me daily w collection calls for a car i had for only 6 weeks. disgrace!!

It matters if you want them to buy the car back under lemon law. Did you look into that?

You are confusing what they are stating on page 15. Lemon law repairs opposed to lemon law buy back. Contact a LL attorney, it's never costs the consumer, win or lose.

Once you get a lawyer involved BMW can't talk to you anymore...... It's not always the best route.
