97 BMW 740iL Driver Seat removal????

So im trying to remove my driver seat and i took off the two front bolts but the seat doesnt move forward or backwards, any ways the two other bolts are in the back and the seat is on them how can i get to them. I think the motor for the power seat is bad, really dont want to go and but another motor.

Ugly situation. You have to align the unit far enough forward to gain access to the holes that allow to drop in the Star Alum screwdriver or bit. I think you can access with a flat ratchet head. But not sure,

Are you sure it is the motor and not the switch? These switches (particularly on DS) are notorious, while the motors are pretty good unless flooded or jammed.

How do i know if the switch is bad?
