I really don't understand how bmw offers such low lease rates. I leased my escalade which was about 15k less and my lease payments were about $850 plus taxes a month. I need to start reading and educating myself on how to properly negotiate lease payments on cars. I'm thinking to lease a new 650 grand coupe or a 750li and want to calculate how much should I expect to pay.

my guess is the Escalade has a residual in the low 40s.
