Mein Auto: 130i & E92 325i, E90 SOLD
328i is a 2 l with high turbo boost

320i is a 2 l with low turbo boost

Some tuner should work out how to tune 320 into 328

Get a loaded 320 then boost it up

It's not that simple. Pistons are different. You can get a 320 close to stock 328 power levels.

which tuning are you using? i wasn't thinking of jumping in until I see one that's universally loved. Also, my gf probably won't be too excited.

BMS. It's been very well received, a few hundred out there already.

Stage two is well into development, I will be alpha testing it and with hardware like my exhaust should net nearly 300/330 to the wheels.

With enough money, you can make all the power you want.

I have about 10k miles after doubling the power on my other BMW. That's a good sign.

At the right price, the used car is worth looking at. But the real difference beyond the vehicles feature/performance (whatever that is worth to you) is the CPO vs. "No Maintenance" coverage. I had a CPO and while its good, there were MANY expenses not covered. No Maintenance means no cost beyond wear and tear items.

I'd recommend checking out one of the sites that provides "true cost of ownership" that incorporates the maintenance cost into the picture....

I spent many $K on my CPO vehicle and while I love the car, the costs were much higher than anticipated. Depending on how long you plan to keep, the mileage, etc. you might be better off with the more fixed cost projections of a new vehicle lease vs CPO purchase.
