135 Convertible top won't open-HELP!!!!
When I press the switch to open the convertible top, I hear a chime, then nothing happens. HELP!!!!!!

I seem to recall a lever in the trunk that has to be in a certain position for the top to operate. Check that.

Yep, new 135i convertible owner myself. I have had to push up the tray and then pull it back down at times to get the top to lower. The tray is in the trunk on the top and has a hole/handle in the middle. It folds up so that you can get full trunk room with the top up...but the top will not then come down until the tray is folded back down. Somthing else I found is the top won't go down if you have the trunk open....found out at costco... DOH!
