2012 X3 28i Premium Package/Heated Seats/Panoramic Roof
Hello all,
I need help/advice/suggestion on purchasing a used 2012 X3 28i with Premium Package/Heated Seats/Panoramic Roof. i found this car at a dealer in nashville, TN with 26000 miles on it with Premium Package/Heated Seats/Panoramic Roof and the list price of this is $35900. i went and looked at the car did a drive test everything seems to be okay, its clean from inside and outside, looked at the carfax which looked neat and clean the vehicle was on corporate lease. it looks like it has almost all features except navigation. coming to bargain i started with $33,000 for which the dealer said no way and he went down a little bit to the list price to $35200, but after a week i called him again and he finally said $34500. so my question is this a good deal, kbb price for an excellent price is 37000. i appreciate your help...

Just to give you a base line . I bought a 2011 F25 , 28i - x3 fully loaded, with all bells and whistles for 38K/14 k miles on it.
