voice activation
Hi
Does anyone have the current experience with 2013 BMW that doesn't have the voice activation system working properly? Apparently the new software only has it work if you buy the navigation system. This wasn't supposed to be the case and I have been told that the engineers in Germany are working on new software for those of us who don't have the navigation system. I asked BMW to compensate me for the mistake and I have been told that once the problem is fixed, BMW will decide IF they will compensate those of us in this position. I find this unacceptable. I shouldn't be paying full lease on a car that isn't equipped with what it should have. Last edited by leslieml; 03-06-2013 at 11:16 AM. Reason: typo
