Question Random *dings*

So every once and a while i get 3 dings and i have NO clue what they are trying to tell me. There are sensor lights on, or anything obvious. Any suggestions on what it could be? Its getting kinda annoying!

It is the temperature outside having reached the point where wet roads are freezing.

Any errors in this post are purely Chad's fault, not mine.

Um......no.

And that egregious error was entirely your fault.

3 beeps is the memo function - it's not at all random, it goes off 15 seconds before each new hour.

1 ding is the temperature warning, at 37*F.

Search before posting, please. There are several (hilarious) threads about this, across multiple BMW eras. Some of my favorite are in the E90 forum.

He means the threads are hilarious. You should search for three dings to find them.

Thanks, Jon.

That's exactly what I meant. We were helpful. Not all of the other threads start out with the right answer, and many of those are down right hilarious.

I'm still a prick over being a douche.

(And in this particular case, an incorrect prick.)
