Heater core problems
Okay heres the story, when i boight the car the owner said he had a shop put in a new heater core, that was all good but it started to rain and the floor is now soaked with water, me and my dad took the carpet out and figured that the leak is coming from the ****ty job the shop did. Does anyone have a link that shows step by step on how to take the dash board and heater core out so we can fix it? Thanks

i got some better instructions, start looking elsewhere. if the carpet is wet with coolant, then yes, heater core. but it would do it everytime you drive, not just when it rains.
if its wet with water, then one of the rain gutters can be clogged. if you got a sun/moon roof, start there, then the roof gutters, door gaskets, then the drains at the back of the hood.

We poured water down the right drain under the wind shield wiper, every where else there was no water leaking in
|
