2012 X3 35i Engine Oil Mileage Interval Problem!!!

Hi, I just got an oil change from the bmw dealership about 10 days ago, and they told me the engine oil mileage interval has been reset.
but then, i noticed a warning of engine oil service-400miles left sign still on.
I was in hurry, so I left the dealership and couple days later, the mileage interval had been reset to 13000miles.
Then, I checked again later, and it says 1500 miles left for engine oil change AND Vehicle check.
It seems like it keeps going back and forth from low to high intervals.
I drove about 150miles since the change, any thoughts on this?

Check that your level is meauring properly. During a cold spell in January the level was not measuring properly (to much humidity in oil from short trips) and it would reset to less then 1500 miles to next change. Once I had a long drive and it got a proper reading it showed 15000 miles to next change.

I was getting "Oil Measurement Inactive" in IDrive. It did fix itself once it warmed up....

Yes I wish we had a dipstick backup.
