PUMA File?? Will this actually help me?
My CPO 535xi is back at the dealer again for the fourth time, same issue. I called my selling dealer, located a few hours away, and they said the servicing dealer should now open a PUMA file. I researched both via this forum and google and I can't necessarily correlate a PUMA to absolute resolution of too many problems.
Has anyone had a PUMA opened on their car and did this step lead to final resolution? |

You want a PUMA case opened. That means your issues have gone beyond your dealership and it is being addresses at a "corporate level". BMW techs outside the dealership can/will be brought in to help the problem.
