Cabin filter
I have a 2005 530i ( just bought used 6 months ago) i want to replace the air filters. Air filter and cabin filter the same part?

No, there is one air filter and two cabin filters. Go to amazon.com and search bmw e60 air filter and bmw e60 cabin filter. They have good prices on Mann filters

Be careful, the cheap cabin filters are just paper replacements. The OEM ones are activated carbon ones that eliminate odor as well. You can get them at examining.com
