Thanks for the info GerWil. I am really worried if i will be able to get an ED date for April. Still waiting to hear back from my CA.

I just ordered 2/15/13 for Colo delivery and got standalone option sat radio and paddle shifters ($110!) for 2014 Xdrive28i.

Finally received confirmation a ED pickup date of 04/19. the planning and waiting begins

Is there any info available for X1 MY2014 Canadian dealer pricing?

I am interested in ordering a 2014 i28 loaded and I would like to go in the dealer well prepared.

Can anyone tell me whether the standard steering from the 2014 X1 x28i is still the same hydraulic as the one in the 2013 x28i model?

The xDrive variants of the X1 got hydraulic power steering for packaging reasons. Unless they've developed a smaller electric rack it will continue as hydraulic. There has also been no news on a change, which also points to the same as 2013.

Trying to order a x28i with M Sport and they won't let me order the red seats. I got an email forwarded from the dealer's Central Region Distribution Analyst that you can only get the red (LUTZ) with the Sport Line (ZSL) as of May 1 production. Anyone on here that can confirm this?

Got a call from my dealer today informing that they cannot process my order. I think this is total BS as I placed my order back in March, not my fault they did not produce it yet. He is going to give HO a call and see if he can get to the bottom of this. I would cancel my order and look for a 2013 with Red but we are doing ED and already have everything booked.
