Need Advice on a purchase
Hello all,
I currently drive a 2008 335i and absolutely love it but my work is taking me to Denver, Co and I need 1) AWD (obviously) and 2) a wagon (I carry stuff around for my new job) Sooo I am I looking at a used BMW wagon. It is a 2006 530xi Sport Wagon with Cold Weather/Sport Packages. Nav, back up sensor etc etc 89,000 miles, three owners Clean Car Fax Asking 15,700$ The car looks and seems in very good condition. No extended warranty or anything. i think it is a great deal, but I would love some feed back ... pro's con's etc. Thanks so much!!! |

Well I will say its tough to go from the 535 to a 530 (E60). There's just a tad bit less issues with the 530i, but seeing its an xi they have their own extra maintenance. The wagon itself is very roomy. That car is approaching 100K so there's some work to be done if it wasn't already. CV boots are the extra maintenance items and auto level air bags.
Its tough because the brute force of the turbos will no longer be there.
