To analyze a lease break it down to purchase price over US Wholesale. Did you get the BMW buy rate? Did the dealer charge a lease fee. Always check the math. Trusting people alwways pay more on a BMW lease.

Agree with pharding, need to know your sale price vs invoice. For a 2013 on someones lot, you could probably be at or below invoice (after $750 loyalty rebate).
Using your numbers MSRP 48145 Sale Price 46315 Residual value 60% MF .0013 = $582/mo with no fees, taxes or down payment Now add in taxes, doc/title/license, and acquisition (should be $725). So after all that the deal you were quoted is not horrible, but you can do better.
