Anyone ever have any issues with e92lighting.com???

I ordered their error free LED bulbs about 3 months ago

March 8th I called about 1 of the bulbs being out. I e-mailed them a few days after. The responses have been extremely slow, and just the end of last week was asked to send pictures to confirm it being out (which I understand) but was told they need to check with their supplier if they can cover it I would imagine the faulty bulb would be honored by the company I purchased the bulb through.

However, I still haven't received an answer. I'm just getting frustrated. I know it's a $25 pair of bulbs, and maybe I'm being cheap here, but you purchase an item and hope the company will stand by the product.

I was wondering if any of you had any issues with this company before?

Hopefully my issue will be reconciled quickly, and I will be satisfied with a new bulb

I don't see why they would have to check with the supplier. If they sold it to you, they should honor it regardless if their supplier honors it or not. So let's say the supplier says no, that means you're the loser here? That's bull****. It's a stall tactic, maybe they get soo much business here that they really don't care to satisfy every single client. I haven't had any experience with them, always buy my bulbs on eBay making sure its a US Seller, and any issues it's always been resolved in timely fashion.

Exactly what I thought as well. What did it matter that who they got it from would cover it or not. I was initially very happy with their service. I was provided a quick tracking number, and received it very quickly.

I spent over $200 with them also buying their set of MTEC v3's.

Like I said, I just hope they reconcile the bulb concern quickly. Other than this I thought they were great

I read some crazy stuff about them on another forum. Google them and look for complaints in the thread body. I think it was some one with a 5 series that started it and the guy (e92) never even tried to reply to the thread then others started to tell about how they were treated. I even think they took his sponsorship back on that site.

Wow, this is crazy but there is A LOT out there on them that isn't too promising . As of right now I don't think that I'll be getting my bulbs, but that could change.

I found stuff about them mislabeling bulbs, down to their customer service.

We'll see

I've had a great experience with Derek at e92 and have purchased at least 4-5x from him, always fast shipping and in stock. Give him a chance to reply, we all have tuff weeks.

I hear ya, been almost a month now and that's who I've been dealing with. I've been very happy overall with quick shipment. I was just dissatisfied with him saying he needs to contact the maufac. then get back to me. IDK, we'll see. I'm giving him a chance

You have to be careful installing most bulbs especially LEDs. Make sure to wear dry gloves of some sort. The natural oil from your skin will shorten the life on them really fast. I didn't believe it until I tried it. Went through 4 LED bulbs for my tag lights. Now I'm on a 3rd pair going on a year now rather than a couple of months.

Absolutely couldn't agree 100%. I made sure I did that when installing because almost any bulb will have a shortened life with hand oils on the face
