My roommate's 328is has S704A. It is just a stiffer/sportier version of Sport Suspension, I think. The sway bars link to the Control arms, still

The 'multifunction' part of your steering wheel is interesting. Are there any buttons on it?

S715A is probably all of those body parts from the M3. Sounds pretty cool. Must have been a late production car.

Base on those option codes, it looks like a (to me hitherto unknown) 328is M-Technic. It probably has the full M3 appearance package with the standard 328 driveline and sports suspension.

Different suspension, but yea. Looks good. Real M3 parts there. Keep it clean!

Thanks gents..

I thought about getting rid of it and going after a newer M5 but after getting it out of winter storage a few days ago I was reminded of how much fun it is to drive...

After I rebuild the cooling system and fix the vacuum leak I'd like to lower it..

Some interior pics I'm pretty anal about keeping it clean..

When the previous owner said he put a Borla cat back on I thought oh good its gonna sound like a ricer...The Borla sounds awesome and gets a ton of compliments not ricey at all..

I've since cleaned up the Borla..

As I understand it I'm the 3rd owner the dude I bought it from is a mechanic with his own small garage he also spcializes in restoring vintage British motorcycles.....That went a long way in my decision to buy the car his work on those bikes is amazing, every mechanic I know takes great care of their own cars..
