Question Long term reliability

Not to be negative...
I have been involved with Turbocharging for over 25 years and in the end always prefer to have mine cast for reliability
Maybe things have changed
But in the past the mild steel tubing manifold would soften from the heat.
Stainless tended to either crack or distort the flange.

Casting is rudely expensive
But until I don't get somebody to guarantee their welded-up manifold for 5 years or 100 000 km's, I prefer doing it the old-fashioned way.
If this tubular manifold lasts that period, I will gladly give the man work

304 thick SS bends are used with beveled ends. Fully Gig welded with proper internal purging. They currently have a Honda civic putting 900+ to the ground with zero issues. Why do you think the waste gates are a tear drop? A smooth flow and strong mating surface.

I will post pictures soon of how the welds penetrate all the way.

I will have product in a few weeks, just bought enough supplies for 3 manifolds(2 m20 and 1 m30).

I guess I will see you in 5 years
