Question First-time prospective buyer - configs are confusing!!

Hi all,

I've read most of the (recent) threads here and can't find answers so I'm hoping some of you who have MY2014 X3's can weigh in. I'm considering a purchase, but would like to know, for the 28i series:

1) Are the rear seats now 40/20/40 as a standard option? I know in MY2013 it was $200 or part of the cold weather package, but I can't find any info on this for MY2014.

2) Do the MY2014s come with Nav Pro now, or will I have to wait until June/July (per an older thread)? Is it the 1GB / 200GB nav system?

3) Has iDrive been updated for MY2014 to include the touch controller?

4) What about ConnectedDrive? Is the wireless hotspot now part of the package?

Thank you! Hopefully will be joining the ranks of happy BMW owners soon!

Cheers,

aberrant

(For some reason I'm not able to edit this post, so forgive the self-followup.) I forgot to clarify: this is for the US.

yes/yes. You can spin through contacts now and other scroll information, i.e. music etc.

I doubt it. Your dealer can tell you.

Also in 2014, the storage package is now standard. Also the blackout instrument display only comes with HUD

I don't know anything about the storage package. What is it? (I can't seem to find it on the bmwusa 2013 configurator.)

The storage package was part of the Premium Package in 2013. It is now standard so don't worry about it. It includes some storage netting, tie down lugs, etc.
