Software Update

I'm trying to update the Bluetooth/telephone software. I have tried multiple times with multiple USB sticks. I consistently get an error message telling me that there is "no recognized USB drive." I know that the center console USB port works, because I am able to hook my iPhone up and use the other functions of the BMW app.

Any ideas?

Did you try using the glove box port?

Use the glove box USB port for access to the car's computer/storage. The center console is only good for music and charging phones.

I've tried both the center and glove ports. No luck!

Uhm, try to make sure the USB is clean and empty and put the BMW files into it
