First time leasing, need help...

I'm looking into leasing a 2013 535i with M Sport, Tech, Premium, soft close door, rear view camera, parking distance control, and heated front seat. MSRP is $63,745. Invoice is $59,190. Dealership is offering $500 over invoice, so $59,690. I'm not a good negotiator, so I need some help to see if this is even a good deal, or am I just being ripped off...

Here is the break down:
Leasing money factor is 0.00129
0 down
$786 for 36 months (15k miles, yes I drive a lot), $38,247 residual (60%)

$2406 drive off
includes:
$786 first payment
$488 license fee
$80 doc fee
$7 CA tire fee
$925 acq fee
$29 eff fee
$83 acq fee tax
$7 eff fee tax

Any help or advice will be appreciated.

The Acq fee IIRC is $725 so they marked that up ( I think I read BMW is upping that starting 5/1 )

Hit up Greg Poland at Pacific BMW.

535i in dealer inventory should be under invoice not over IMHO.

You can probably find his post on ask a dealer section

X2

I originally tried Jon (site founder) but he didn't have anything I liked in stock, he would be happy to order it but I'm too impatient.

Greg was equally fantastic, no BS, no haggling, easy - he had exactly what I wanted plus cold weather which I didn't care about, and its costing me $50/mo more for 10k more of a car over my '12 740Li.

Id only buy from either of them, it was worth the 90 minute one way drive to get it, and he delivered it to my house!

Jon is in Santa Barbara jon.shafer@sbautogroup.net
Greg is in Glendale gregpoland@pacificbmw.com

$500 over invoice minus any factory incentives should be a good target (I don't know if there are any or not btw). 15,000 miles is not high miles, that is considered normal on leases today. Overall it sounds like a decent deal. I don't know how sales taxes work in California on leases - is that included in the monthly payment?

The numbers look decent. I am bad negotiator too so I did all the negotiations via emails.
I am not sure what the current months 'Money Factor' is but make sure they dont mark it up.
There was a lease worksheet somewhere in the forum that calculates monthly payment based on values you input. Make sure you check the values on your end before signing the deal.
