I am just confused. I placed an order for 2013 M5 and already have allocation date for June 7th for ED.

Question: Should I go ahead with this order or wait for BMW F10 M5 LCI?

Wait. Otherwise you will lose 20% of resale value just for not waiting a month.

Currently, I am getting a good deal on this lease but later I will have to pay MSRP. As I am leasing I don't have to worry about resale value.

Comments??

Then you should go ahead. Lease is always better at end of model year, buy is always better at start

Plus I don't think you will see this level of M5 discounting for a while.
