Mein Auto: M6 Cabriolet
side mirror snapped out of housing

Hey guys, so I have a 2007 bmw m6 cab. Today I was washing the car and as I was drying the passenger door, facing the rear of the vehicle, moving towards the front of the car...my back slightly grazed the edge of the passenger side mirror. I'm very very skinny! I heard a slight pop and when I examined it, the mirror was hanging a little out of the housing (I think its the housing).

The mirror is still hanging on, but I can manually rotate the entire thing 260 degrees. It won't snap back into place. I have a picture, I'm not sure what to do? I hope the entire mirror does not need to be replaced. Check the attachments for the pictures.

Thanks for the feedback in advance
