Squeal from front end while turning left.

Pretty self explanatory, it squeals when turning left but only to a certain point, and once the car has been sufficiently warmed up and/or driven for over 30 miles it squeals going straight and left but never when turning right.

My question: Is this a brake issue? Or a power-steering issue? Maybe a bad bearing?

Any help is appreciated.

Check PS fluid, also remove the wheels and make sure nothing is rubbing.
