99 M3 windows no longer operate, one is off the 'track'

I have a 99 BMW M3, convertible, manual transmission that Recently the windows have stopped working.

The drivers side front window is "stuck at half mast". The passenger side front window is "stuck full mast". The passenger rear window has come off of the mechanism that moves the window, it apparently slid forward and fell off. The motor clicks on that window if I attempt to raise it. The only window that works is the drivers side rear window.

The electric top is also not functioning, if that may possibly have anything to do with the windows. I manually stored it in the compartment that it goes in. I am in the process of ordering a new top and getting it installed as this one has tears and the rear window is completely opaque(fogged up).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry it took so long to reply: front left, back left, and front right needed switches to be cleaned, they fixed easily.

The back right window had been pushed down into the wall by hand by my father who is a rash man. The plastic guides inside the mechanics of the window had snapped open and the cord disconnected from a wheel. All is fixed in this sense. Top is still not functioning. I'm looking to find a way to fix it.
