Tire pressure and temperature monitor actually doesn't work, it shows dashes only.

Do you have Option Code 2VB?

If so, and it does not work, you probably have Old Style TPMS Valve Stems / Sensors, and they do not work for some reason.

Sad but true. FTM TPMS is simply Rotational Speed based, with no actual sensors.

I have not heard of anyone retrofitting RDC TMPS (2VB).

I only know what the comments state:

NAVI_ROAD_PREVIEW = Road preview is possible or not
JUNCTION_VIEW_HUD = 3D exits HUD

I tested NAVI_ROAD_PREVIEW, and it had no noticeable effect.

I never tested JUNCTION_VIEW_HUD as I do not have HUD in my car. I am sure though many others with HUD have tested it, and no one has reported it as doing anything.

Well, I did set them both to Aktive and notice no difference. I suspect that some of the seetings require some pre-settings (within same module or even other modules) to make them work.

You can try adding 6UH to your VO, and VO Coding HU_CIC.

Change VO:

http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/att...6&d=1338725691

VO Code:

Connect => Read FA (VO) => Activate FA (VO) => Read SVT (VCM) => Right-Click on ECU (the ECU itself not the underlying CAFD) => Select CODE.

I followed the exact procedure but Edit button is always grayed out when I select FA. Any suggestions?

Hit Save first, and then you can hit Edit.

Yes. You would add 6UH under SALAPA-Element, save the VO, load the VO, and VO Code HU_CIC.

Shawn, do you know of any way to increase the brightness of orange light for buttons? The thumbwheel adjuster is at max already but I would like to increase the brightness a tad more. Thanks
