Door actuator problem?

When I use the key manually nothing happens but when I push remote button it unlocks and locks. Help please.

I have the same problem. There is a small metal part inside the door that is broken on mine. It only needs to be changed. You may have the same problem. I can post a picture of it when I fix mine. Its not on my priority list at the moment because my remote still locks/unlocks the car.

I also have the same problem but mine is a bit different, when i use the remote it only unlocks and opens the boot. And when i do it manually nothing happens.i could use some help.
