2006 M5 Engine questions

Im trying to purchase an M5 and came across this on craigslist in Miami

"One of a kind, best deal on the internet!!! My loss is your gain, need money quick! 1 previous owner, 2006 BMW M5 with all possible upgrades, 79K miles, heads up display, sunroof, parktronic, navigation, logic7 surround sound, black leather, titanium silver exterior, 19" wheels and sport package, blinds on all windows, tinted, entertainment package in rear with two TVs and DVDs in head rests, upgraded Borla quad exhaust and chip, over 560hp V10 that screams at over 8,000RPMs, 7 speed SMG auto/manual with paddle shifters and fully customizable shift points, etc. The car has pretty much unlimited settings that you adjust through the computer - how much horse power you want (400hp, 500hp, 560hp, etc.), what rpms you like the gears to shift at, how quick you like to change gears, suspension settings, traction control and stability, whatever you can imagine! Fastest production sedan in the world, leave Ferrari's in the dust driving around with 4 other passengers in comfort! This is arguably the best M5 model BMW has ever made, the new model that just came out is no longer V10 (formula one derived engine) naturally aspirated engine, and the handling on the new ones is much "softer" making it a softer vehicle overall. This one is a race car hidden in luxury sedan clothing... Once you hear the sound of the V10 with Borla Exhaust, you will write a check on the spot! I did I've already taken all the depreciation out on this one, from $96,000 down to $28,999 while the car still drives/looks like brand new! Brand new clutch & Flywheel, ready to go another 100K miles. Currently has 79K carefully driven miles

$28,999, just lowered from $34,999 - I get a lot of calls and lookers, but nobody with the cash in hand. Don't waste my time, no joyrides unless you have the cash!"

i have some issuses

1)new clutch on a tiptronic/ paddle shifting car means the tranny had its ass kicked and probably is on it's way out?? true/false?

2)BMW always has recalls/ engine knocks

3) millage

2006 M5 Engine questions

Get it! Get it! Get it! Jokes aside that's a good price, but be wary about the maintenance and parts i.e. engine $12-22k, catalytic converter x4 $10k new design. Cars up keep cost is expensive.
