With these 2 particular choices I'd have to go Benz. Just barely... Only because it's AMG and warranty.

7 series stripped at that price is on the high side. The AMG for that price is on the LOW side...Benz it is!

I'd go with the S63 as well, but at that mileage, I'd still be hesitant.

That said, if depreciation and value is of concern: the S will likely take a bigger depreciation hit once the new body style gets here, while the 7 will stay current for at least another year or two.

I personally don't put too much thought into the latter, because I prefer to focus on which car will bring the most enjoyment. In my opinion: AMG S will always win over base 7, just because of the added performance, amenities and styling details.

I was just in the same situation as you are now, and as much as I love the S63 I couldn't pass out the deal on the 750 I bought. It really comes to how good of a deal each car is and I am sure ride quality is different also ? And the 750 is as fast as the S63 ? Besides the mileage on the S63 isn't too attractive at all to me .

thanks guys, bought the s63 today, im in it so good as for a price wise, i couldnt pass it up, my whole seller really gave me a deal, it was his personal car, probly keep it a couple years and then sell it and probly get a 12 or 13 7 series then, will only get driven 2 or 3 times a month anyway. But let me tell ya guys, this thing is a beast from light to light and freeway, hope it stays together!!!, lol, again thanks for replies!

Good choice.
I'm with rajeek on this - what's the point of an expensive car if it is stripped of options?

I agree...with these two in particular i would lean more towards the MB. The S63 is a beast, but the mileage is def a concern.
