Also will I need to put any spacers to fit the wheels on my car or will they fit stock?
I will take better pics and send them via PM. Whether to go black on the wheels on a black or navy car (my car is carbon black, which looks blue in the sun) it depends on taste. No, you don't need spacers to make them fit, M6 offsets are pretty flush on a non-M E60. I am in Southern California. The wheels are hubcentric so they need no rings or spacers to fit correctly.

What's up ccraver. The setup I am running is Forgestar F14's, fronts are 9x20" et 18 and rears are 10.5"x20 et 25. They are wrapped with Hankook V12's, 245/30-20 and 275/30-20. These specs should fit without any rubbing issues and like what PJ said hub centric wheels are key since hub rings are crap. So make sure the hub is 72.56mm to ensure proper fitment. For tires you can usually go with what Oceans said Pilot Super Sports are pretty good for DD driving with good tread life. However since it doesn't snow here and it is sunny here 8-9 months a year I wanted some sticky tires. The only thing I would throw out there is if this is your wife's DD then maybe go with 19's to put a little more cushion between the car and the road.

Honestly, I've never heard of STR wheels. If you are looking for 19's on a budget I would take a look at VMR wheels first. They are hubcentric and they get good reviews from a LOT of BMW owners. Check them out http://www.velocitymotoring.com/

I just went with some VMR 710's. I also cannot say enough better things about the Michellin Pilot SS tires. Save yourself the rouble and just get those, no other tire is going to be able to match the performance and quality. I've run dunlops, nexxens, and contis, and the Michellins are the best. Not cheap, but worth every dollar.

Here's a link to a small album with my new wheels:

New wheels and tires

Looks sweet, what size rims and tires did you go with? Is the car lowered or stock sport setup?

They are 20/245/90 up front and 20/275/10 in the rear stock m-sport setup

Didn't realize they would fit so perfectly along the fender lines. I mean the gap and spacing is absolutely perfect, so much better than the **** miros!
